Looking at the economic detail of Asia’s population points to a large population with a growing level of wealth and discretionary spending. It is evident that in order to continue this economic/social development, India and China will be pressed to develop new city centers; according to population experts, at least 300 one million-person cities will need to be built in the next 25 years in China and India, alone.
